Mercy Hands for Humanitarian Aid (MH) is a non-governmental, not-for-profit, non-partisan organization that works in conflict torn and disaster affected areas to save lives, sustain human rights and restore a healthy community. Mercy Hands has implemented since 2005 protection interventions in Iraq for both children and youth with a gender sensitive approach, addressing both emergency and development needs, and fostering sustainable development pathways.
The project “Preventing Extremism in Al Qaim District through Social Inclusion and Economic Participation of Youth”, in partnership with the German Cooperation under the SILM (United for Stability) Fund. Mercy Hands will engage young people in Qaim through vocational training, to improve their economic conditions, through informative sessions on social justice and conflict resolution, to promote intergroup dialogue and the value of peaceful coexistence, through advocacy actions, to increase the ability of youth to advocate for most pressing issues in their community and increase the sense of community belonging. With the project, Mercy Hands will support Iraqi youth in the Al Qaim district in building their resilience against the narratives of extremist groups.
Service provider shall provide a written service price offer (attached), fully compliant with the instructions given. Failure to comply with requirements may result in the rejection of the proposal. Every proposal will be evaluated in accordance with the terms & conditions provided below by mercy hands for humanitarian aid.
