This RFQ does not constitute an award commitment, CARE International does not commit to pay for costs incurred in the preparation and submission of a this bid, Should a purchase order be placed subsequent to this quotation, and the terms and conditions of the purchase order and their content should be accepted by vendor, herein CARE may accept whole or a part of the offer.
Bins will be provided in three rounds
-The supplier will provide the first round of 416 bins at the beginning of April 2023.
-The supplier will provide a second round of 417 bins at the end of April 2023.
- The supplier will provide a third round of 417 bins at the end of April 2023.
* Supplier MUST provide a physical sample with RFQ submission.
* Supplier is responsible for delivery to Essyan camps
