The integrity of the Public Tender procurement process is of the utmost importance. The supplier has the right to apply for only the Vehicles that they can provide. SPI will be selecting from the options mentioned in the RFQ, depending on the pricing and the options available, but will not purchase all of the 6 Vehicles.
The vehicle must be free of any body or interior damages or manufacturer defects, the vehicle will be inspected at SAS or Cihan and must be replaced by the supplier in case of any concerns, defects, or malfunctions. (Supplier is responsible for the cost of inspection at SAS or Cihan).
The Delivery time for the vehicle must be in calendar days and no later than 40 days. A penalty of %0.5 (of the total price) will be applied per day later than quoted delivery time from the day of signing the contract or PO.
Provide pictures of the quoted vehicles with their catalog if available.
The vehicle should be registered in Kurdistan border ports.
Quotations shall remain valid for 60 days from the deadline for the Submission of the Quotation.
After the quotation has been received, and during the validity of the quotation, SPI will not accept any price variation due to escalation, inflation, fluctuation in exchange rates, or any other market factors.
Samaritan's Purse Iraq reserves the right to cancel the tender at any stage, because of the following reasons: The tender procedure has been unsuccessful, lack of clarity in the RFQ leads to discrepancy in the bids where the goods and services and prices proposed cannot be compared, funding ending, being canceled or reduced; force majeure, and other reasons that the Samaritan’s Purse tender committee would find valid.
The quotation must comply with all of the specifications, and requirements, as well as all other evaluation criteria indicated, shall be selected. Any offer that does not meet the requirements shall be rejected.
