| 18/07/18 DEADLINE EXTENSION | Iraq have extended the deadline for bids from International companies and investors for the construction of a new oil refinery in Diwaniya, which will process 70,000 barrels per day.
The Iraq Ministry of Oil will now make bidding documents available until September 2nd 2018, with the bidding due to close on 30th October, extending the original 31st July deadline.
There are two investment models within the bidding process - build-operate-transfer and build-own-operate for the project South of Baghdad. | 18/07/2018 |
