KRG Suspends Iranian Oil Exports

The KRG has instructed border crossings to prevent oil tankers from crossing the border to deliver oil to Iran

The Kurdistan Regional Government (KRG) has suspended exports of oil to Iran, by prohibiting tankers passing over the border carrying oil.

The news was revealed in a statement by the KRG's Ministry of Finance and Economy on Friday evening. Border crossings will not allow oil trucks to pass into Iran, with no reason given behind he decision at this point.
