Deals follow a meeting between the two countries Prime Ministers this Saturday

Following a meeting between the two countries Prime Ministers, Iraq and Jordan have agreed a deal which sees Iraq sell 10,000 barrels of oil per day to Jordan at a special price, with the oil will be transported via tankers from oilfields in Kirkuk

The deal, which was finalised between Jordanian Prime Minster Omar Razzaz and Iraqi counterpart Adel Abdul Mahdi, sees Iraqi goods imported via Jordan's red sea port of Aqaba to receive favorable tariffs in return.
