The Iraqi Ministry of Oil announced its oil exports for the previous August 2015 which was 95.5 million barrels and their achieved outcome which is about US$3.925 billion dollars according to the final statistics of SOMO company.
Mr. Assim Jihad the spokesman of the oil ministry said that the exported oil quantities for the previous August was (93.7) million barrels and (3.852) billion dollars of outcome for the southern ports, and (1.8) million barrels and (73) million dollars of outcome from Ceyhan port, while the oil price was (41.099) dollars for the single barrel. He said also that the exportation from the southern ports had some obstacles and was fixed in a record time, which is the reason why there was some shortage.
Mr. Jihad said also that the above quantities were shipped by 32 different identities international companies to the ports of Basra and Khor Al-Amia and SPM from the Arab gulf as well as to the Turkish Ceyhan port on the Mediterranean.
