Teheran/ Iraq TradeLink: Iranian Assistant Minister Hameed Reza Iraqi announced the start of the exports of the Iranian gas will be on 21 March, 2017, which is the beginning of the new Iranian year.
Iranian IRNA News Agency confessed that the lifting of the nuclear sanctions against Iraq helped to export the Iranian gas with suitable price without intermediary.
Baghdad and Teheran signed the agreement to supply Baghdad and Basra power stations.
Earlier, the Iranian Oil Ministry announced that the first phase of exports will reach 25 million cubic meters of gas daily, which shall be increased to 35 million cubic meters.
The agreement extended the duration of supply from four years to six, according to the signed agreements.
