Saudia Airlines, the Jeddah based national carrier of Saudi Arabia, have announced the addition of a new direct flight to the Kurdistan region in Iraq.
The service is to begin in October, consisting of three direct weekly flights from Jeddah to Erbil.
The company revealed the new flight follows increased demand for travel between the two regions, with further growth opportunities between the two countries expected.
This will be the airlines second direct flight to Iraq with a nonstop flight to Baghdad already in place.
