A new 152-key hotel in Basra, Iraq will be managed by Swiss hotelier company, Mövenpick. Located in the commercial district of Al-Baradi'yah, the property will serve the upscale luxury market, around 25 km from the Basra International airport. The hotel will boast 24 hour dining, executive lounges and meeting rooms to serve the corporate market, a 700 square meter ballroom and an indoor swimming pool and gym facilities. Also on the property will be a comprehensive retail space and beauty salon.
