Oil Minister Jabbar Ali al-Allaibi ordered the formation of a high-level ministerial committee to follow up and evaluate the oil activity in the province of Kirkuk and to identify the needs of the province.
The ministry spokesman Assem Jihad that the oil minister directly supervises the work of the ministerial committee and the operating room in the North Oil Company, in order to follow up and evaluate the oil activity in the province to expedite the submission of recommendations and proposals necessary to promote the reality of the oil industry in the province.
Jihad added that the ministerial committee includes a number of agents and directors of the relevant departments and companies, including oil projects companies, pipelines, oil distribution company, gas filling, technical department and reservoirs, development of fields and oil contracts and others.
A spokesman for the Ministry of Oil that the ministerial committee will stand on the needs of the province of oil derivatives in order to meet them and work on the development of mechanisms and urgent plans that contribute to the upgrading of the services provided to citizens of the province.
