Ministry of Oil News: Mr. Al Luiebi Sends a Telegram to the Prime Minister: Start Supply Ninawa with Electricity

He confirmed in his telegram that the ministry of oil is keeping on providing the best services for the Iraqi dear people “especially in the liberated areas”.

   Mr. Jabbar Ali Hussein Al-Luiebi the minister of oil sent a telegram to Dr. Hayder Al-Abadi the Iraqi prime minister for the occasion of the contract signature to supply Ninawa with electricity. 
   He confirmed in his telegram that the ministry of oil is keeping on providing the best services for the Iraqi dear people “especially in the liberated areas”.

   Mr. Al-Luiebi said in his telegram “the ministry of oil succeeded to communicate with the investment companies to reach the final contract form to supply Mosul city with (875) kilowatts of electricity, and the contract signature was synchronized with the happiness of the declaration of Mosul’s liberation and the victory which was made by the Iraqi armed forces. And the consortium of Qaiwan international energy company & Maas holding started to supply a part of the need of electricity to Ninawa governorate gradually until reaching the demanded needs”. He said also that this achievement is a humble gift presented to the prime minister, the Iraqi people and the citizens of Mosul which represents history & civilization.

The ministry of oil signed the investment contract with the specialized companies to supply Ninawa with electricity, and according to the contract, the ministry of oil will fund the project and supply it with oil products.
