Iraq Budgets US$100 Billion in Plan to Reconstruct Liberated Areas

plan to reconstruct the liberated areas with the cost of 100 billion dollars.

He added, according to a ministerial statement, that the plan will have two phases, the first starts in 2018 and ends 2022, while the second phase will be during the period 2023 to 2028.


Minister al-Jumaili added that the Iraqi government will try to get these funds through donations and international loans, as well as other yearly governmental allocations during the plan's period.
