Baghdad/ Iraq TradeLink: Iraqi Premier's economic advisor Mudh'hir Mohammed Saleh disclosed that there is "no problem in deferred payment contracts", pointing that the total amount of such projects in Iraqi provinces reached to 5 billion dollars.

He pointed the importance of implementing the projects on deferred payment because they have connections with the lives of the ordinary citizens, such as hospitals and water stations.

"The Iraqi market is a free market", he added.
