Baghdad/Iraq TradeLink: Iraq formed a permanent delegation to negotiate Turkey on water supply and the Iraqi share in the joint rivers.
In a statement by the Iraqi Cabinet, the formation of the committee was discussed.
It is expected that the committee will hand le the joint Iraqi-Turkish memorandum on rivers' water.
The Cabinet discussed, also, the question of joint rivers with neighboring countries
