Iraqi Oil Minister Jabar Ali al Luaibi [Allibi] is Making Some Changes to the Ministry of Oil Administration

A recent Reuters article reported that Iraqi oil minister Jabar Ali al-Luaibi [Allibi] is making some changes to the Ministry of Oil administration, the source stated Mr. Allibi is aiming to “pump fresh blood into the ministry and put an end to administrative stagnation“. The Deputy minister of upstream operations, Fayadh al-Nema will now become deputy minister and will replace Dhiaa Al-Mousawi (Dhia Jaffar) is now an advisor to the Ministry of Oil.
